The Program

In approx. 12 months you will gain experience in a modern and fast moving work environment. You will need to display a desire to perform as part of a team.

You will be given responsibility requiring you to organise your workload and be proactive. Through the guidance of your mentor you will gain a thorough understanding of your chosen field. Students will have an insight into the running of an innovative leader among clutch manufacturers and experience such practices for managing absence control, appraisal systems and minute taking of meetings.

Objectives

• Provide assistance to the HR Manager & HR Advisor
• Develop knowledge and skills with regard to generalist HR policies and procedures, absence management and support for the Suggestion Scheme
• Manage the outsourced garment service available to employees on the factory floor & the corresponding locker facility
• Assist in the yearly appraisals of all employees on site
• Arrange & write minutes in disciplinaries & performance meetings
• Conduct induction training for all new employees
• Produce monthly and weekly reports
